Return window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
How to request a return Email info@longeviumlabs.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will confirm the return and provide the return address. Do not send products back without contacting us first.
Fees Return shipping is your responsibility. A €5 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refund processing Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the €5 processing fee.
Damaged or incorrect orders If your order arrives damaged or we made an error, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will reship or refund at no cost to you. The €5 processing fee does not apply in this case.
